InventHelp Inventors Develop C-PAP Mask Accessory (VBL-326)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) December 02, 2013
C-PAP masks are essential to the health of certain individuals, especially those with sleep apnea. They need to be worn all night long, but the problem is that the straps can make them uncomfortable. To alleviate the pain, a pair of inventors from Hopewell, Vir., created a prototype for the patent-pending COMFORT NECK STRAP FOR C PAP.
The accessory makes wearing a C-PAP mask more comfortable. The unit relieves pain and discomfort on the back of the neck. It is usable with any C-PAP mask. Additionally, the invention is producible in different colors and designs.
The inventors’ personal needs inspired their idea. “We came up with this idea so that individuals who wear C-PAP masks do not experience any pain or suffering caused by the uncomfortable straps,” one inventor said, “I wear a C-PAP myself, and we came up with this idea to help me.”
The original design was submitted to the Virginia Beach office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
